Every now and then we still have to visit doctors. A whole lot of health related information is being gathered, processed and stored. All this data is being constantly updated; it requires certain systematization and transfer from one specialist to another. At the same time it is very important to observe the principle of doctor-patient confidentiality and protect the personal information from leakages and losses.

AMCHART places a strong emphasis on data safety and access easiness for the users. Safety is guaranteed by smart contracts operating under the Hyperledger Sawtooth platform, whereas the usability is obtained via creation of a decentralized data base to be constantly updated. The access to the data base may be granted to a doctor of any healthcare establishment regardless of the system currently implemented there. Besides there is a possibility of integration with the existing electronic resister systems based on the blockchain technology, that some providers use.

Road Map of the Project.

Phase I – Late January of 2018 – Creation of a minimum viable product enabling providers and patients access, create medical records and permissioned access to the data base. The team will also begin developing and testing the mobile application and wearables for real-time monitoring of main physiological indices such as heart rate, blood pressure, weight, blood sugar, etc.

Phase II – Summer 2018 – Use of the datasets collected during the Phase I to carry out statistical analysis, machine learning and AI to ensure optimal usability for all users of the platform. Wellness programs will be tested in cooperation with physician groups from California, Texas and Missouri.

Phase III – Full integration of wellness programs, application and real-time monitoring as well as access of data through the tool being elaborated. Besides the team will begin introducing billing components and payment processing from payers to providers through blockchain intermediaries.

AMAN QUADRI, CEO – Aman has nearly 15 years of experience in education and training in medical field. Being a Doctor of Physical Therapy, he was at the lead of groundbreaking blockchain, cryptocurrency and healthcare initiatives. He is the CEO at AMSYS Blockchain/Cryptocurrency and a managing partner of a full-service backend health servicing company.

CHOKHA PALAYAMKOTTAI, CTO – Chokha began with a degree in computer science and engineering in 1998, he was a principal consultant and solution architect for a healthcare technology company. Later he became a board member of IT-advisory at a large company specialized in development of medical applications. Being the CTO at AMSYS Blockchain, Chokha is in charge of development, testing and rollout of the AMCHART tool.

There are two stage periods scheduled: the presale was made for large companies, whereas the second stage is a public token sale.

The presale ended on March 15, 2018. 60 000 000 tokens were available during the presale.
