Should America's military Move Back To Afghanistan?

OK, I was discussing with a few friends about Afghanistan and the Taliban's takeover of the government structures of the country, so one of the analysts in the discussion suggested that it would be better if America's military returned to Afghanistan. She argues that the American military presence in the country will douse the tension and fear that have engulfed the citizens.
