Bolognese doesn’t come from Hungarian goulash, it fucking comes from bolognese from fucking Bologna. Look at that picture of fucking “American” bolognese with elbows in sauce made by a person who has never cooked before.
Is this seriously how Americans eat? Does anyone in America look at this article and think, “yep, that’s my diet.”
Or do they think, “this is how all the other Americans eat. I’m the only one that goes over to the cheese section in the grocery store, which has a wider variety of cheeses from all over the world than people can get anywhere else. They keep that section just for me. Everyone else just eats Velveeta. Also American chocolate sucks because Hershey’s has butyric acid in it, so it tastes like vomit. I’m the only American single handedly keeping all of those craft chocolatiers in the US open. Also Ghirardelli. And our massive chocolate import market, which has a wider variety of global chocolate than you can get anywhere else on earth. Everyone else only ever eats Hershey’s or Mars. And authentic bakeries, cafes, and the world’s widest array of ethnic restaurants, from every corner of the world in every major city. Everyone else only eats Panda Express and thinks the Bourbon Chicken is genuine Sichuan cuisine.”
And by the way, pretentious idiots who believe this shit, Americans also have more access to a wider array of fresh produce and meat in the grocery store than people anywhere else on earth.
I strongly fucking urge you to take a trip to a Norwegian grocery store before you post that next YouTube video about how Americans only eat processed garbage, and everything is so much fresher everywhere else.
Also, white bread, American cheese, and Chicken Fried Steak have their place, and there’s nothing at all wrong with them.
