المملكة الشريك التجاري الـ26 للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في العالم

صنّف تقرير حكومي أمريكي حول مناخ الاستثمار في العالم المملكة المغربية في المرتبة السادسة والعشرين عالمياً كشريك تجاري؛ لكن لا يزال المغرب يسجل عجزاً تجارياً معها منذ توقيع اتفاقية تبادل حر سنة 2006.

التقرير، الذي أصدرته خارجية الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، يشير إلى أن لدى بلاد العم سام فائض بقيمة 0.9 مليار دولار مع المغرب حسب إحصائيات سنة 2016، أي بارتفاع قدره 48 في المائة مقارنة مع السنة التي سبقتها.

وتفيد معطيات التقرير، الذي يدرس أسواق دول العالم ومعيقات الاستثمار والتجارة الأمريكية معها، بأن صادرات الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى المغرب تبلغ 1.9 مليار دولار، في مجال الطائرات وقطع غيارها.

كما تصدر أمريكا إلى المغرب زيت الوقود والحبوب والعلف الحيواني، وقد ارتفع حجم هذه البضائع بحوالي 19 في المائة منذ سنة 2015، وذلك راجع إلى تسليم ثلاث طائرات جديدة للخطوط الملكية المغربية من نوع دريملاينر وارتفاع حجم مشتريات المملكة من زيت الوقود.

في المقابل، بلغ إجمالي صادرات المملكة المغربية إلى الولايات المتحدة الأميركية حوالي مليار دولار، بزيادة 1 في المائة سنوياً، وعلى رأسها توجد الأسمدة والآلات الكهربائية والملابس والمنتجات الفلاحية والأسماك.

وتحدث التقرير الأمريكي أن الرباط استثمرت حوالي 15 مليار دولار في البنية التحتية، ما بين 2016 و2015، لتلبية الطلب المحلي، عبر بناء الطرق والطرق السريعة والموانئ وغيرها من وسائل وخدمات النقل.

ويسعى المغرب، عبر تطوير بنيته التحتية، إلى دعم التنمية الاقتصادية الشاملة من أجل الاستفادة أكثر من موقعه الجغرافي لتحويل البلاد إلى مركز إقليمي لإفريقيا الشمالية والغربية وإفريقيا جنوب الصحراء الكبرى، بدعم النقل البحري واللوجيستيكيات والتجميع والإنتاج والبيع.

وأشار التقرير إلى أن مكانة المغرب كمركز تجاري تعززت باتفاقياتها التجارية مع دول الخليج ودول البحر الأبيض المتوسط والدول الإفريقية والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية والاتحاد الأوروبي؛ وهو الأمر الذي مكنه من التوفر إمكانية الوصول، معفىً من الرسوم الجمركية، إلى أسواق 55 بلداً يمثلون أكثر من مليار مستهلك و60 في المائة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي العالمي.

Morocco is ranked 26th in the world as a trading partner, but Morocco has been recording a trade deficit with it since the signing of a free trade agreement in 2006.

The report, issued by the United States of America, indicates that Uncle Sam's country has a surplus of $ 0.9 billion with Morocco according to the statistics for 2016, an increase of 48 per cent compared to the previous year.

According to the report, which examines world markets, investment impediments and US trade, US exports to Morocco amount to $ 1.9 billion in aircraft and spare partsUS exports to Morocco fuel oil, cereals and animal feed have increased by about 19 per cent since 2015, due to the delivery of three new Royal Maroc Airline-type Dreamliner aircraft and the Kingdom's high volume of fuel oil purchases.

On the other hand, the total exports of the Kingdom of Morocco to the United States of America about one billion dollars, an increase of 1% per year, mainly fertilizers, electrical machinery, clothing, agricultural products and fish.

The report said that Rabat invested about $ 15 billion in infrastructure, between 2016 and 2015, to meet domestic demand, through the construction of roads, highways, ports and other means and services of transport.
By developing its infrastructure, Morocco seeks to support overall economic development in order to benefit more from its geographical location to transform the country into a regional center for North and West Africa and sub-Saharan Africa, with the support of maritime transport, logistics, assembly, production and sale.

The report pointed out that Morocco's position as a trading center was strengthened by its trade agreements with the Gulf States, the Mediterranean countries, African countries, the United States and the European Union. This enabled it to have duty-free access to the markets of 55 countries representing more than 1 billion consumers and 60 Per cent of world GDP.
