A bullet’s trajectory describes its path from the barrel to the target. We measure the trajectory by looking at the bullet drop over a specific distance.
Much like the 6.5 Creedmoor, shooters find the flat trajectory of the 7mm-08 ideal for long-range shooting, varmint hunting, and taking big game like antelope, deer and black bears. Many outdoorsmen believe the 7mm-08 lacks the stopping power to ethically harvest elk, moose and grizzly bears, although plenty have used it for large game regardless.
