They all kind of suck... I have wide feet, so I tend to order shoes online. I was supposed to get them via UPS overnight, and they just never showed up. Fortunately I ordered them through Zappos, which has great customer service, so they just sent me another pair (and actually refunded me the complete purchase price... so, free shoes yay...). But UPS really screwed the pooch on that one. I've had mostly good experiences with Fedex, but even they fuck stuff up now and then. The smaller, more regional carriers (DHL, OnTrac, etc) are even worse.

My Buddy Jeff works for FedEX. It's like a running joke when somebody fucks up they tell them "go apply at the US postal Service!" its only been up for 2o minutes! not that im complaining. this is crazy! fuck facebook!
