Die Constitutionellen und die Anarchisten

I've recently found a piece of literature that was totally unknown to me until today.
It will need some time to read it in detail - especially because it uses a uncommon form of German grammar and words and is printed in Sütterlin.

This is the first page of

"Ein Farbloser: Die Constitutionellen und die Anarchisten vor dem Richterstuhl des demokratischen Princips, Jena 1848"

I do currently not know if there is an English translation available. Maybe one other person knows how to search for an author with the pseudonym "Farbloser" (colorless person).

But the words caught my attention most and convinced me to go in depth of this work are:

Die Konstitutionellen verstehen die Zeit nicht; denn wenn sie dieselbe verstünden, so würden sie sich nicht in furchtlosen Kategorien wie ... "Republikanern", ... "Volks- und Hochverrätern" herumtreiben, sondern sich klar machen, dass die Demokratie so wenig eine Anarchie ist, als die Alleinherrschaft , dass es darin ebenso gut eine Ordnung gibt, als in monarchische Staaten, wenn auch eine andere."

wich should be translated in it's last part:

... democracy is no more anarchy than autocracy, that there is just as well an order in it, as in monarchical states, albeit another.
