Victemless crimes, what are they? Well long story short, they are a way for the government to generate revenue using law enforcement. By definition its a crime in which all parties consented and no injury or damaged was caused. So why is it even a crime? Like I said, to control and punish those who dont obey by taking their money and or locking them up. For hurting nobody. Here's some examples of victimless crimes: drug use, driving without a license, not wearing a seatbelt, collecting rainwater, hunting/fishing without license, prostitution, etc. Now imagine how many people get charged with these crimes daily, and imagine the revenue generated by these crimes occuring. It's simple, they were created and passed not for the safety and best interests of the public, but rather to generate even more revenue from the public making choices with their own body. I encourage you to disregard and disobey any unjust laws. Do what please you, as long as you aren't causing harm to others in the process. Thats the philosophy.
