YES! My FOUR PILLARS OF A NEW EARTH COMMONS is the solution but it will never be considered for two reasons: I'm a high school drop out. 2) the Gods are insane (I'm a Gnostic). They won't even enforce common ownership although if they did they would be breaking the will of folks like The Dollar Vigilante who want private property (yes, the breaking of the non-aggression principle). My idea solves the problem for the Gods and allows everyone a choice within a model where everyone has a home. The trick is to have public banking issuing a non-debt currency for the commons culture which needs to be cooler than Fcuk! It also needs to be a steady state-culture with little inflation over 120-years (a generation) .The stripped down capitalist culture using fiat would be a techno-futurist commercial culture focused on solving humanities most complex problems.

I don't want you to think that I'm being unfair to leftist elites so I'll take a moment and bitch-slap that ass-hole of the right Jordan Peterson who thinks humans are not capable of thinking and acting their way out of the Pareto distribution. I say fuck that! And I offer the solution in The New Earth Commons patterned on the 80/20 split. The commons culture needs a new education model focused on permaculture ethics and food production along with arts, music, new trade guilds, sports, literature, theatre, etc. 80% of the earth's people would live in this steady-state civilization while 20% would live in the high-finance stripped down commercial society. A neo-techno shire juxtaposed to a futuristic Star-Trekkian culture. This is doable. But we won't get it because the Gods are real, insane, and live in human bodies here where they have become extraordinarily wealthy. One would have to come to terms with Gnosticism though and the reality of the demiurge and its archons. Lucifer is the most active today but both sides are liars. The snake lied (Lucifer) and so did Yahweh...And they are lying today at an unprecedented level.
