    There needs to be a full scale legalization in America. Legalizing only pot will only take away about a third of the drug market for cartels. It would be helpful, and an important step forward, but to truly eliminate cartels, we need to out market them. That is the only way to win. Using marketing tactics in the place of law enforcement tactics.

      I agree. It is an important milestone, not the end goal.
