Mark Passio puts the Passio in Passionate! He exudes passion. There is just something about the way he talks. Not only is he an eloquent speaker, but also his voice projects, he enunciates, and he inflects at specific moments and adds emphasis where necessary to get his point across. He adds oomph! And he inspires!
I first heard of Mark Passio a good number of years ago from Frank who had been listening to his content for quite some time. While my awakening began before this time, due to my healing from the abuse, Mark Passio's content on Psychopaths, the Triangle of Hell, left-brain right-brain imbalances, and Natural Law, really is what got me going down the Anarchist rabbit hole. Not only did it help me understand myself better, what I was going through and what I had experienced, understand even my abuser in a way I had never before, I began a path towards the search of freedom "tout court".
Anarchapulco!
And listening to Mark Passio live, I realised, I'm already farther along than I thought!
While most of the content Mark Passio was presenting in his speech I had already heard in some of his shows, it was good to have a fresh view, and live, in person. Hearing him speak live was amazing. His voice reverberates and he has such a distinct voice too. Mark Passio said in an episode following Anarchapulco, that someone went up to him and said that they found he was angry. Intense, yes. Emphatic, for sure. Passionate, definitely. But not angry. When Mark Passio gets angry, you know it. Sometimes he gets a little too intense for me, so I can only handle so much of his show at a time, but I admire his resilience to maintain such a level of passion as he does and in all that he does.
His speech was a Part 2 from what he said last year. Frank and I had tuned in to the live stream last year. This continuation part was awesome. It was definitely one of the Top 3 highlights of the live speeches that I attended. Many were good, many resonated with me, and many were passionate, but there is only one Mark Passio, and I think his speech was the best of all the speeches. There are others that come close behind, and I will mention them in future posts, because I truly resonated with those people and what they were saying, but the number one position has to go to Mark Passio.
When Frank and I got confirmation that Mark Passio would be speaking live at Anarchapulco 2019, it gave me that much more of a push to do what I could to be there to hear him speak. We are considering going to Anarchadelphia; he will be speaking there as well, and perhaps we'll get a chance to meet and speak with him. We didn't have that chance at Anarchapulco. Of all the people I wanted to meet over there, he's the only one I missed.

I see what you did there, haha! Mark is an inspiring individual that I've learned quite a bit from, also. I especially enjoy his intensity while presenting, much for the same reasons I did with discovering Bill Hicks' comedy years ago. It's therapeutic to sense a bit of anger or intensity with the truth, after so many nicely told lies in my life!

I agree. The contrast of nice lie and angry truth is sometimes very welcome, though I do also enjoy the nice truths too :D
Yeah, you like that one, what I did in the title? I'm quite proud of it myself.
