A Declaration

The United States of America has: aggressed against the People in the form of taxation on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration; violated its Constitution by raising and supporting an Army for a duration longer than two years and without declaration of War; violated the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures by searching individuals without a warrant issued, supported by oath or affirmation, particularly describing the persons or things to be seized; failed to execute its power to coin Money and to regulate the value thereof; failed to provide for the common defense; and failed its guarantee to every State of a Republican form of government. The United States of America is, thereby, in breach of contract with the People of the United States, the States, and with the people of those States, and should henceforth proceed with peaceful and orderly dissolution, lest such orderliness be rendered impossible.
