Imagine if classical bank robbers would say instead of "Nobody moves this is a Bank Robbery" saying "Nobody moves this is a Tax Collection", would it make any difference?
Of course not, because collecting taxes is exactly the same as robbing somebody, except that the guns are concealed, temporarly. You fill out your nice income tax form, and you will voluntarly rob yourself by paying it in. But if you don't pay it, then armed men will definitely come to your house to collect it. So the 2 situations will become exactly the same.
