We know that 'our governement' has been hijacked by a global criminal organization that seeks only it's own enrichment, and entrenchment.

Seriously, when the head of the cia gets elected into the office of vice president, and 69 days after the inauguration an act of god (Hard to explain why Hinkley's lead azide bullets* didn't explode on impact.) keeps him from being sworn in as president, then a lop (lack of potential), Michael Dukakis, is run against him, and he is dethroned only by a popular uprising(and cult of personality, Slick Willie), only to put his son in office under questionable circumstances, it's time to take a look at the system that controls us coercively.

I don't think that there is any question that 'to serve and protect' is meant only for the established power structure and not anybody else.

Contrast Hillary's pass on prosecution and Kristian Saucier from Vermont, the young sailor in jail for some photographs he didn't share with anybody.

The question becomes when do you start to turn off the flashylightbox and join in the uprising?

Is stealing the only shelter homeless people have enough?

Is leaving them to survive a Denver winter without shelter or survival equipment enough?

Is stealing the sacred land of the first nations not enough?

When do you start asking your neighbors why you continue to support a system that you know doesn't serve you?

I, for one, sure hope that is soon, I can't carry the load for all of you, nor can I be free alone.
