Earlier, I mentioned "ID Chief" out of China, who was recommended as a good source for quality fake ID cards. However, I see that their site appears to be down.
Since I am not in the habit of purchasing these things, I'd encourage you to reply with any real-life experiences with other Fake ID Card sites. There are plenty of offerings on the darkweb, but quality is, of course, a key issue.
