Key criteria for a perfect form of government

in anarchy •  7 years ago  (edited)

Name: Phokism, National Republic United Democracy People of Phok.

Type: Decentralized proof of stake with pyramid hierarchy either by voting for representatives or weighted individual stakes.

Key criteria: Small central government, more local's focus, everything that makes up modern Western civilization (First Amendment, Bills of Right, etc) without corporate lobby. Basic income provision if that ever becomes possible. Most importantly, separation of church and states (not fucking going back to medieval dark age).

Major red flag: Whales, giving people with lots of money lots of power, slavery, religious indoctrination with violent retribution, opposition to logic and provable science using NOT facts but conjectures and fallacies, Democrats, Republicans, Communism, inability to empathize and making compromises.

Guidelines: All people who are in position of governing must understand basic economics 101. All people who intend to vote on a issue need to understand pros and cons behind it. Both need to take fucking tests in order to qualify (adults who ate Tide Pods need not apply).

Debates and discussions will start with logic and end with logic, number and math are preferred. Savage one liner rebuttals may be used if debaters start taking trash about each other but only for 10 minutes (to be considered entertainment/break). Local government will be voted by local community, issuing laws based on the needs of local economy. More complex laws will be escalated to higher authority until it reaches national level if it cannot be resolved within local authority.

Progressive tax rate is required. However, in order to help the poor afford basic necessities, no tax would be applied below a certain annual income, most likely adjusted based on rent/foods/gas price. Any government official suggested raising the minimum wage will be required to take economics 101 again or face immediate dismissal. Any government official who can state more than one long term benefit of raising the minimum wage will be immediately promoted. Any government official who cannot state more than one long term disadvantage of raising minimum wage will never work in any kind of econ relate positions.

Nice! I'm glad that you allow the occasional "Savage one liner rebuttals" haha. We certainly need those. I like the idea of taking tests to make sure you qualify for voting on a particular subject, but who is going to make the tests? And, in more abstract questions, who will decide what's right?

That's a tough question. I think the government will make the test, based on what government and academia researchers find, and also a survey for average people's opinion will also hosted online, and we'll contract this data mining to a third party company. The test will be compiling of the most critical pros and cons and whoever participates must past at least 60-70% of the test.

Test will probably just include key issues on a voting subject. If you're able to select a group of them out of a list of random issues, then you have some understanding of what you're voting for. The data mined from the third party company will decide what's right. The result of data mining will show the most concerning criteria.

Thank you for reading this wall of text, appreciate it a lot. This post is tongue in cheek trolling from me, lol.
