I live 20 km from there. It is great idea, but from time to time authorities of Serbia are coming and arresting people who are there. My advice is if you come here take care of not staying more then 3 months in community, otherwise you will get stamp in passport when you try to leave Serbia that will disable you to come again within period of 5 years
