When we are angry, we do a lot of things that are hard to understand. We didn't realize how stupid we were until we calmed down.

A world billiards championship competition is being held, and Louis, a famous player, leads all the way. Suddenly, he sees a fly parked on the main ball, and then he waves to drive it away. But when he bent down to hit the ball, the fly flew back to the main ball, so he had to get up again and drive away the fly. When Louis hit the ball for the third time, the fly stopped on the main ball again, and the audience couldn't help laughing.

Louis was in such a bad mood that he suddenly lost his mind and angrily hit flies with a club. When the club touched the main ball, the referee sentenced Louis to hit the ball, which made him lose a round of chances. This made him lose a lot of money, while his opponent became more and more brave, and Louis lost the game in the end.

Everyone with normal thinking will inevitably lose his temper when he encounters unpleasant things. Emotions, joys and sorrows, human nature, beyond reproach. However, if you don't know how to control your emotions properly, you will easily make stupid things when you are angry. After that, I regretted myself. Therefore, it is necessary for us to learn some ways to control anger.

To be fair, a sane person will never get angry for no reason. Everyone is angry for reasons and pertinence. This reason is an intolerable trigger in the eyes of irascible people, but others think it is unnecessary or disdainful to get angry.

Therefore, to learn how to control anger, we must start with improving our tolerance to external stimuli and evaluating them objectively.

The following tactics are commonly used to deal with external stimuli, which are very effective. The premise is that we must use the right place.

First of all, we should learn to avoid stimulation. There are many things in daily life that can make people angry. If you encounter this situation, you should try to avoid it or avoid it for a while, so as not to intensify contradictions. This is a negative way to control anger.

Secondly, we should learn to transfer stimulation. When people are angry, there will be strong excitement in the cerebral cortex and it will spread around. Therefore, we should be good at using reason to consciously transfer the excitement center when anger has not yet been issued. For example, intentionally avoiding the explosive "mine", that is, the object of quarrel or the scene of anger, and doing something irrelevant to this in other places will slowly disappear our anger.

For example, change your mind quickly, listen to music, sing, read newspapers, Doby kittens and puppies, and so on. Or imagine some relaxed and happy scenes, such as beautiful weather, beautiful scenery and the feeling of birds and flowers. Or simply close your eyes, don't think about anything, and gradually get rid of contradictions, so that our excited emotions gradually calm down, and our anger will naturally vanish.

This is because, when we shift the target, another excitement center is established in the cerebral cortex, which will weaken or even offset the original excitement center. This method is relatively positive. Evasion and transfer is a very effective way to control anger. Attention should be paid to avoiding "mines" intentionally and withdrawing fire consciously. In fact, this method is not as difficult as imagined. As long as we master some basic skills, we can control ourselves well.

For example, among many methods to adjust emotions, we can learn the "emotional transfer method" first, so as to avoid bad stimulation temporarily. For example, pay attention to traveling, so as to reduce the impact of bad stimulation on yourself.

Some people may not understand that there are so many activities that can divert our attention, which one is the most effective? We can still choose according to our own interests and the attraction of external things to us, such as participating in various cultural activities, talking with relatives and friends, reading and studying various learning works, studying and practicing chess, calligraphy and painting, etc.

In short, transferring emotions to these things can avoid the impact of strong emotions and reduce psychological trauma, which is also conducive to emotional stability.

When we use the method of avoiding and transferring, the key is to take the initiative in time, don't let ourselves indulge in negative emotions for too long, and act immediately. We will find that we can completely overcome negative emotions, and only ourselves can shoulder this heavy responsibility.
