Anger

in anger •  6 years ago

I used to have an issue with anger, especially when I was younger (I'm 53 now), but then I started to ask myself this question regarding anything I was angry at/with: Is this problem big enough that it might bother me in 1 year, two years, even five years? If the answer was no, then I made a conscious decision not to waste my energy on it; fix the problem if I could, and if not, choose to move on with my life. At first, it was all very conscious, but now, there's very little in my life that makes me angry anymore ;)
