British Shorthair Cats. One of the grand daddy of cats. Their breed dates back to Ancient Rome. They have the tendency to be chunky and fat. Normally they weigh around 12 - 17 pounds but can easily go over with a good amount of carbs.
One British Shorthair had the loudest 'purr' on the planet measuring at 67.7dB, it sounded like a lawnmower. It held the record for 4 years until another cat beat his by 0.1dB.
