Why Do Dogs Howl ?

This blog will tell you real story that is happening with me.

We(My family) have shifted our house in a city in new delhi, India. We have been here since last 14 years. I have been noticing this since last 5 years.

Wait lemme tell you the whole figure.
There is a temple near my house at a distance of 30-40 meters. Every day in night between 3:00-3:15 am, there are dozens of dogs running barking and crying loudly. It seems as if they are warning us, of something unusuall activity. I am always been afraid of these types of ghost story and haunted places.

I used to ask my mom that why the dogs cry at night, my mom told me that they are feeling the bitter chilling cold outside. So i used to believe on her reason, but what about summers the same situation ocurs in summer also.

The main reason of my fear was that there were no street dogs in our area in day time , but why and from where to they come at night and what do they want to convey.

Few days before there was a robbery in my street, so i adviced my parent to install the CCTV cameras outside the main gate of house for security purpose. I was noticing the whole incident of night when dogs used to come and weep, i saw huge crowd of dogs in my cctv camera running from temple to the whole street and many other street which my camera could not record. I was shocked by watching the no. of dogs there, they were around 50-60 dogs.

Our society and neighbour decided to call MCD members (street dogs capturing team), we have showed them the cctv footage of night they were ready to capture the dogs.

Then on second night they came on 2:30 am and waited for the bunch of dogs, they have captured 46 dogs.
And from the day the dogs don't come and weep, bark, cry etc.
