Brontok eagle or Nisaetus cirrhatus this is often referred to as an eagle. Worth it if the brontok eagle is named also as an eagle. The size of this raptor is large with wide wingspan. The eagle's brontok is also well-built and handsome.

Normally, the brontok eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) has brown feathers on the top, white on the underside of the body and a reddish brown tail, with black stripes across the wings and tails that are visible when flying. Also has black streaks stretching across the neck as well as brown spots on the chest.

Brontok eagle (Nisaetus cirrhatus) generally live alone and in pairs only in breeding season that lasts between April until around August or October. These raptors ranging from reptiles, birds, to small mammals.

This eagle nest is large size 95 - 105 cm with a depth of 35 cm - 120 cm made of twigs. Nest nest in the trees with a height of between 10-50 meters from the ground. In one breeding season, brontok eagle only lay a single egg. The eggs are white with reddish spots.

The raptor's voice is loud and loud with a lopsided tone like yiip-yip-yip, kwip-kwip-kwip-kwii-ah, or kii-liiuw.
