My Very Self as an Animal 😊 - AN ELEPHANT

Hello dear steemians!
I am joining a contest but I guess I am late so this won't be accepted. But let me just share with you a piece of me.

When I was in junior high school, my History teacher always emphasized the line of Aristotle, "Only an Examined Life is Worth Living" before she can start the lesson proper.

I was not so clear with what she meant during those times. But as I grew older, I came to realize, Aristotle was right. To understand others, we have to understand ourselves first then we can have life full of meaning and worth living.

So I want to grab this opportunity to join the contest in order to know myself more, see myself in other creature.

For me, as an animal, I am an elephant. Yes, that gentle animal can still handle troubles in life with confidence and much calmness.

The elephant has big ears which is represented with my trait as a good listener. I am ready to listen to my friends and loved ones who wish to seek my pieces of advice about their problems in life. Not only that, because of the ears' size, these can hide secrets. I can keep secrets too.

The elephant is known for its friendly nature. Though I looked too shy at first but I am friendly. I can easily make friends to anyone but like the elephant, somebody has to befriend me first because as what I have said, I am shy person at first. The confidence that elephant has will just come right after getting to know more.

Elephants are hardworkers. This trait was so like me. I can work for a long time and put love in whatever I do. These elphants can carry heavy loads too. Just like me, if loved ones especially family members need my help to carry their burdens I am ready to help them except for financial stuffs of course. I am not Bill Gates. 😜

The elephants have good memory. Peppa Pig elephant characters are known for their intelligence. So as an elephant I am a little bit like them. (Laughing to myself) I guess... My mom and friends can testify. (Laughing out loud 😂😂😂)

Lastly, I am an elephant because this animal is a great sacrificing mom. Just imagine how big the baby elephant will be coming out from within her. Giving birth to a very big one, is between life and death.

Not only that, right after giving birth, according to animal planet I have watched before, baby elephants are raised by mommy elephants in their group for the assurance that baby elephants will grow well - fed and well- guided by them. Such a characteristic for mothers with pure hearts. No doubt, this is so me. I am after of my kids welfare.

And these are all the traits that made me like an ELEPHANT. 💪💪💪
