Going for a walk around the neighborhood is always an adventure. It usually involves five kids, any number of bikes, at least one cat, a dog, a handful of stuffed animals, possibly a doll and stroller, as well as a couple of sticks. I found a great spot recently for taking some pictures and the cat would not get out of the way, so he got to take part as well. I think it ended up being a really nice picture of our sweet Orange Kitty.
He looks so sweet and innocent here, but when we tried to move him to get him out of our picture spot, he hissed and tried to bite us. I guess he did not want to be bothered in his pretty field of flowers!

He follows us all the way around the circle, panting, crying for his sister and just running along through the grass. The kids love him. They have started putting him in the stroller halfway and pushing him home. He seems to enjoy this!
His sister, however, is not as sociable! Sometimes she hides out or follows at a distance. White Kitty gives away her love and purrs much less freely. My daughter just really loves her and it is pretty sweet.

When I was a kid, I was always trying to scare cats to see if they always fall on their feet.

Awww. Cats are so photogenic. I used to take photos of the stray cats, when I lived in Spain. They were quite the hunters!

Nice - yeah, my cat (orange kitty) likes to hunt lizards. Then he pulls the skin off and eats the guts and leaves the rest of it. It's quite gross. There aren't many stray cats around here. Perhaps the street dogs get them or Panamanians don't like cats. I've heard they think cats carry disease and are gross.

There weren't many in Ronda, but a few would come out in the evenings. There was a black one that could usually be found hunting rodents on a path down the cliffs.

Rooftop cats would be pretty interesting! In Mexico, people keep guard dogs on their roofs. Maybe it's similar... ;)
