This entire group of Willets was
plying the shoreline and marsh area for something to eat!
All of them, and they seemed to move and turn as one.
All of them, in a group along the shore...
then, one turned and they all did...
except this one, pictured.

He was perched, alone, atop this stone marker.
A conversation today reminded me...
... of him...
