This little chihuahua was dressed up for a festival I attended at Balboa Park in San Diego California.
I think you would have to start a dog young to be able to tolerate all of this. He seemed very content and enjoyed the crowds taking his photo.
He has more doggy dress up friends, and I will show them to you in a future post.
