Bukidnon is not only considered as the pineapple capital of the Philippines, it is also dubbed as cowboy land as there are a lot of ranches and cattle spread along its wide plains. Every year, during the Kaamulan Festival, various ranches from around the province come together to compete at the rodeo. This is purely a showcase of sportsmanship, skill, and camaraderie among locals.

I fancy taking photos of horses as much as riding them. It is with great pride and honour to say that I can horseback ride since it's something that looks easy but difficult to do. Horse riding is potentially dangerous, no doubt! One has to tame and connect with the horse. It takes a lot of effort to do that partnered with luck, I suppose.
