THREE BABY TURTLES - PHOTO BY SIX YEAR OLD RED-PEPPER

This one was a tricky one to take.

This is the first photo that Red-Pepper actually entered in the 4H "Great Outdoors" photo contest. We really like it, but we aren't sure how the judges will. No matter what, it is a pretty good photo for a six year old, don't you think? Stay tuned tomorrow when we release our next entry.

      I used to love little turtles around 11 years old and put them in my pockets.

        I like that you're showcasing the photos the little peppers take. It's a great learning and growing experience for them to be able to try something new and not have to worry if they "mess it up." Just don't drop it. ;)

          I Love the Picture of the Turtles that Red-pepper took. Lets be Honest the @little-peppers are far and away ahead of the other kids their ages when it comes to observing and taking care of Animals in the Wild or Domestically.......

                I think it is an awesome photo for any photographer let alone a 6-year-old. I don't see any reason why the judges won't like it. Are the kids divided into age groups? It would be conceivably more difficult for a 6-year-old to compete against say 14 year old...
