"Love at first sight!!!💖"
This was Sasha at eight weeks old, when we first brought her home on February 2, 2002. I remember Super Bowl XXXVI was on Sunday (Patriots defeated my home team the Rams 20–17 ), and I let my 10-year-old daughter stay home on Monday to bond (also part of the healing process, as our previous dog was hit by a car and killed on Christmas Eve of 2001).
"Fast forward sixteen years..."
My adorable Cocker Spaniel, Sasha, just turned 16 years old at end of November! Where has the time gone?!

I have two cats. A male and a female. The male cat behaves like a dog, sits in the knee and are a social creature, the female is really shy and "catlike".

If you're not set on getting dog when it's a puppy, there are rescue groups for about every breed of dog, even cockers. Sadly, I've seen some at the animal shelter too. Happy Thursday! @icybc
