Happy cat day!!

Hello Steemians, today I want to celebrate with you the day of the cat, it is my cat Nino, beautifully and always arranged to a photo, good companion and affectionatly, because of it I it adore and celebrate that he come in my life.

Wherefrom this celebration comes??:
This Day is celebrated every February 20 as honoring to the death of one of the most representative cats of the history, since it it was the Cat "Socks", cat belonging to the White House and that lived in this residence from the year 1993 until the year 2009 when he died.
This day was chosen by the social networks especially by Twitter and Facebook to give recognition of this pet as well as of the rights defended and to promote that the animals opposite to the abuses that suffer, it is absent of fondness, abandons.

The cat Socks was very famous since it was the cat that the daughter of the governor adopted in that moment of Arkansas, Bill Clinton. During his life Clinton was very seen by the family in the White House and was known by the multitude of Presidedents, of press and of journalists who there were passing.
