Looks like a young Wedgetail. They are a beautiful bird and get very large in maturity. It will darken as it matures through successive moults until it takes on the almost black colouration of the adult birds.
Lovely picture mate.
You can see the moult feathers coming out of his chest, the white fluffy ones.
