Walking the dog

How many people are walking their dog in a routine way, as if it was just another errand of the day?

I catch myself sometimes doing it mechanically too, but most of the times I enjoy this walk by being present at the moment and feel happy for it and also for the dog's joy about being out running/sniffing/playing.

Below you can see two photos I took from our yesterday's walk with my rescuedog.

We were out in nature and we had plenty of time for him to run and play.
For me it was a nice way to connect with nature, bond with him a bit more and to take some interesting photos.

              Truly the most relaxing part of the day for me! We run and play and I recharge my batteries in just 20 minutes! Great post!:)
