The most difficult thing in the winter is to provide the rabbit with green food. Of course, green salad is sold in the store. But the problem is that sellers often treat products with substances harmful to animals and I don’t want to risk it. Unfortunately, I can't grow a green salad. I sowed seeds several times, but there was no result. But I found a way out, sowing microgreen and seeds of oats and wheat. They germinate pretty quickly.
I make several trays in the seedlings to ensure continuity. Hippie loves my idea. He eats grass with pleasure, leaving the tray completely empty. I understand that he needs more greenery, but, on the other hand, winter is winter. In the end, in the wild, rabbits do not eat greens in winter at all.
Lucky rabbit to find you.
