The African civet (also normally referred to as the Two-Spotted Palm civet cat) may be a species of Civet natively found within the tropical jungles of japanese and African country. in contrast to the opposite civet cat species that area unit all terribly closely associated with each other, the African civet is in a very genetic cluster of its own, creating it the foremost distinctive among the civet cat species. The African civet is widespread throughout variety of habitats with Associate in Nursing abundance in numbers in bound areas. The continentn civet may be a nice opportunist and is assumed to be the foremost common forest-dwelling little carnivore all told of Africa.
