Anyone that has spent 30 seconds with me, knows that I love animals. My pups and I have a special bond that I couldn’t even begin to describe in words. That’s why days like yesterday are special and hold a close place in my heart.
I was off and had the house to myself on Sunday. The wife and kids were all away and it was just me, the pups, and kitties. I got up early again as has been the trend as of late but I kinda just loafed the first few hours of the day.
That is prime time to my pup Maya to hop up on the bed and cuddle. I watched Adam Sandler’s new Netflix special while feeling like Ace Ventura in that scene where the animals flock to him. Bindi next to me on the floor. Maya cuddling next to me. Zeus, sitting in the door staring at us as he’s falling asleep, while Lala and Finn are also on the bed touching...even though Lala hates Finn. The only time she tolerates him is cuddling next to him. Weird. Bandit and Tano were with us in spirit.
I sometimes feel guilty as life is super hectic. I feel as though I don’t take and spend enough quality time with my babies. Times like this are ones I’ll cherish forever.

Yea I feel the same not spending more time with mine but like you said @blewitt life is hectic and I always seem to be low on time, its frustrating.
