You may have read my last post where I laid out how I see the state of things in the Arctic, what's happening to the ice there, and how excited governments and industry seem to be at the thought of the end of the ice.

It's icebreakers that I think are a contributing factor to what seems to be happening up there.
After I posted the information I'd gathered I came across some videos that went along with my message. One I put in the comments as a gif, and the other I am sharing here.
I found this video rather disturbing. I don't care that they can swim and would likely survive the ordeal, I think it is awful when people think nothing of causing stress to living things. While this video is from Antarctica, the message is the same.
It's very sad that people have so little thought for the sanctity of life, especially when that life happens to not be human. Sadly, it seems to be the way of those many who value money and power higher than life...
