I agree. I can't believe people would ever abuse an animal. It should be international law that any animal abuser caught and tried and the same abuse they gave an animal put unto them.
Yes totally ! It is crazy how some parts of the world do this to more than a thousand animals per hour !!!!! They do not see the abnormality of their actions. This is something that has to change if we want to be a step closer to having a better planet ! :)
