I saw this snail shell that looked like it had been through a fire. This was in an area that regularly has prescribed burns, so this isn't surprising, but I thought it was really cool because you can see the columella (the middle, column part of the shell) and the body whirls from different angles. You can also see some of the charred sticks and leaves under the newer, unburnt leaf litter.
