I can't imagine why someone would do this to a poor cat,
even if this cat stole some food it does not give anyone the right to hurt this cat.
Just like us, cats can also feel pain, just by looking at the wounds it's unbearable.
This cat was named Duma which the same as Dumaguete city which he/she was spotted.
Duma was brought to the vet, but sadly Duma died just after 6 hours of treatment.
Looking at this video you can see the cat almost like it was asking for help, Duma can no longer walk due to
the severe injuries in its legs.
Instead of killing cats, why not help neuter or spay cats so to stop the overpopulation of cats.
