TL;DR: Pretty boring show. Not especially bad, but not especially good. The Bunnygirl conceit feels very contrived and seems to exist only for the sake of marketing the show, and the premise of the 'puberty syndrome' also feels like it exists just for the sake of the plot as well, with little in-universe justification.
Some people are fans of the Main Character and the Banter in this show, but I personally found both the dialogue and the characters themselves to be inferior to similar writing styles and character types that you could find in other anime this takes inspiration from. Also the pacing of the show is very slow and it lacks in interesting direction.
Might be worth giving it a shot for yourself and seeing what you think.
