Light Yagami

As the main character of the Death Note anime, Light Yagami can be said to have only two abilities from start to finish: intellectual genius level and Death Note.

But with such a combination of power, he does not need power-ups. Although already lurked even Light can still outsmart the authorities. He is even able to outperform intelligence figures that are not less intelligent, like L.
