Hidan was born in grass village Yugakure
When he was 13 he was interested in jashinism
When Hidan was 16 he decided to kill everyone in Yugakure because their army and shinobi were to weak.but he was waiting to learn all jashinism rituals at age 17 he murdered everyone in the Yugakure.
5 years he was walking in fire land and at 22 years he become akatsuki member and his new team mate was Kakuzu
When he enters at rage mode after jashin's ritual he should drink blood of anyone and then if he does something with his body then it will be done to a person which's blood Hidan drank.
