As you may know, the 3rd Season of Tokyo Ghoul (Tokyo Ghoul:re) is in full swing. While Touka was absent for the first episode, she makes a brief appearance at the end of episode two, prompting our little Haise to start crying, although he doesn't seem to know why.
Ending episode 2 on a cliffhanger like that made me assume they'd pick up on that next episode and further explore this response to seeing Touka, but no... My reaction to episode 3 was pretty much just shouting, "WHERE'S TOUKA?!?!?!?" at my TV screen.
I do realize she will be in future episodes, but I want her to interact with Haise/Kaneki and see what happens.
