I agree and I think there is so much more depth to this beautiful animation compared to the Disney movies.

    Every time I am trying to turn someone who isn't into anime on to it, I explain to them that this is like the Japanese Disney hahah. You can't really miss with Disney. Same with Studio Ghibli. They just create good heartwarming films.... and boom.. I get them to watch anime for the first time AND ITS NOT "Like dragon ball z" Lol

      Depends what Disney. Pre-2000 Disney for great with few exceptions and can definitely be compared to Ghibli. Post-2000 Disney started to get a bit worse and now they produce little of value. They keep winning Academy Awards because nobody else has enough money.
