In 2013, shingeki no kyojin (NO SPOILERS) was released and it was immediately hyped to the sky. I personaly enjoyed the show very much and now when second season has ended I realized that there was no hype at all.
I really don't know why, for me it was really pleasant but different from the first season.
First season has more deaths and action, but not much plot. Second season on the other didn't have so many action, people didn't die so easily, but the plot was expetended and i liked it a lot. So does people like more action or plot? Or second season was released after a long time, that people just forgot.
I really hope, they will have enought money for another seasons and hopefully they will finish it.

It took them too long to release season 2, so the hype train went off sadly. Nevertheless, it's still enjoyable and reading the manga is still better (a lot gonna happen).
