Little Witch Academia: One of the best anime of 2017

I could think of a funny introduction involving a joke using animation icons here, but I'd rather go straight to the point this time: Little Witch Academy is by far one of the best animes released in 2017.

You can agree or disagree. Below are some of my reasons for stating this!

Synopsis

For young witches everywhere, the world-renowned witch, Chariot, was the most revered and celebrated. But as they grew up, the girls changed their opinions, now anyone who mentions Chariot is labeled as childish. However, blinded by her admiration for Chariot, a girl named Atsuko Kagari enrolled at the Luna Nova Magic Academy, hoping to one day be as prominent as her idol. But the academy is not just games and fun as Atsuko thought: boring readings, rigid teachers, and boring lessons. But when the chance to prove herself to her colleagues and teachers appears, she takes advantage!

History

The story begins simple and becomes more complex. At first, I thought it would be a really silly anime, with little adventures and simple things from the day-to-day of the witches in the magic school, but a more elaborate thing began to emerge, the story was developing and growing, until arriving at a somber turnaround in the final episodes. At first I was super excited, but I confess that in the first half I started to get a little disinterested, then things got better, but generally, I had a feeling of "I expected more".

The main character, Akko, is very annoying. And it kind of discouraged me a little. Although she had the famous "never give up" spirit and other cool points, overall she was stressful. One of the things I liked about her was the way she said the characters' names, like Amanda's or Diana's, it was a lot of fun. Ignoring Akko, there were many super interesting characters. One of my favorites was Lotte, who is Akko's roommate, she was cute and sweet. And Sucy was the mushroom junkie, I loved it! Diana was great, much cooler than Akko, and there were several others that were sensational!

Art

The studio Trigger is to be congratulated, the anime has an excellent animation, did not feel that the quality fell during the season (which I noticed in other anime, which started very beautiful, but after some episodes seemed to be roughly animated). The art has a more cartoon vibe than anime, it's very beautiful! I liked the characters, I found the scenarios well done, anyway, I have no complaints about art and animation. I liked everything!

Is it worth seeing?

Take a test before and watch old movies, if you like the vibe of the thing, then check out the new one! The anime is very cool, has a nice story, the animation is very beautiful and the best are the characters, one more interesting than the other, some funnier, some cute, but all good in their own way! In my opinion, there are enrolações in some episodes that have discouraged me a little, the whole thing could have happened faster, but not bad, just did not get excited all the time. It was super fun to follow!
