We finally get to know that longleg and longarm tribes are fighting with each other for years but since we didnt saw any negative reliation between Ideo and Blue Gilly when they fight vs Dellinger and form their alliance i guess this hate is not rooted in their culture, maybe they will convince tribes to stop fighting and some might join their crew since its only 4 of them on ship.

Luffy vs Katakuri

So lets start with the best part of chapter Gear 4th Luffy vs Katakuri(Dogtooth), Luffy explains to us what he figured out last chapter how Katakuri is dodging all his atacks no simply with his devil fruit power but by looking into future with observation haki and than changing shape with his powers with seems op but instantly we get to know counter to it u need to be completly calm to use observation haki. So Luffy managed to land some atacks during Katakuri's rage about seeing him during his snack time but after few blows Katakuri get his composure back and counter Luffy with "Strenght Mochi" with send him flying. I hope next chapter Luffy will show new form of G4 but if he dont have anything like this i wounder how his mindless technique with he used against Enel would work, it depends if Katakuri sees his future or future of his enemy but if it would work he might loss his cool cos of that.

Cacao Island

We can see that Brulee reported to every1 that Straw Hats are heading to Cocao Island so BM Piirates already send Oven with army to w8 for them. Also Pound followed Chiffon to the factory but guards dont let him in and once again we see that Big Mom children dont have any respect to her ex-husbands since Oven just kicking Pound's ass with joy on his face, I hope he turn out to be strong and beat some of them. On the other hand Sanji shows once again how much Straw Hats believe in their captain and that he wont loss to anyone.

On last panel we get confirmed that Sun Pirates take care of sea slugs.

Summary

I would rate this chapter 9/10 even if second part was little meh, first part was great we saw that Luffy can get through Katakuri's arament haki and finally Katakuri showed mochi based technique. Overall we get alot of new information and pace was great since we have almost everything setup for final battle on Cacao Island. And ofc most important:

NO BREAK :D
