Detroit Metal City on Anime Recommendation

Hey Steemians! @tpkidkai here for another episode of Anime Recommendation.

A music and comedy anime that is loved not only by me and also my younger brother.

In every episode we always have a good time laughing on the punchlines and the slapstick comedy that it is delivering.
Detroit Metal City or DMC by some fans is a story of a young boy named Negi Souichi 23 years old musician, a virgin and a soft hearted person. I know his character is somehow is lame but the twist is he have a different personality which is a secret to the others except from his bandmates and his manager.

At night, when he have a gig he is known as Krauser II the lead vocalist of the DMC he is the alter ego of our soft hearted loser there. Krauser-san is really popular to his heavy metal fans and stories of his amazing deeds are circulating. Like he was a demon that rose from hell itself, he killed his parents when he was a baby and even raped the Eifel Tower, ( on one episode it shows how he raped the tower ).

The 2 are complete different individual and each one of them have a strong point and a characteristic that you will love.

On the first few episodes of the series, Negi seems like he was being forced to become Krauser II by his manager. If ever that Negi is not agreeing to the concept of her automatically he is being hit.

Since he is not being recognized as an artist Negi, decided to join the band just for the sake of earning money to sustain his living.

As you continue watching the series, somehow he realized that Krauser II is also a part of himself and he is not a completely different person. Krauser II is a manifestation of all the things that he is experiencing in life, his frustration, his angst in the society, his rants and everything that is negative wherein as Negi-chan he cannot express it completely.

So why should be watching this series and why I am recommending it?

1. The series of really funny, even though that there's a lot of "Rape" and "F" words on it still it is something that is really funny. Especially if you are watching a lot of "Killing animes and also Psychological animes" this is somehow a breather.

2. The conflict between the 2 characters and also on how Negi and Krauser solve each problem on their own.

3. The animation is good, also it has been aired several years ago so please do not expect that the drawings are that clear but yes it is relatively good at that time I guess :)

4. Please do not forget the other side characters in the series, although the story revolves on those 2 only, you still have the Manager, his crazy bandmates, and Yuri Aikawa, Negi's love interest. You will find it really hilarious on how Krauser-san is distrubing her inner peace and also tormenting her each time that their paths crossed.

Whenever I am stressed out at work before and I want something that can make me smile I always go to this anime cause it never fails.

Please be mindful also about the language that the character is using. It is not suitable for kids as for me.

Overall yes since I recommended it, definitely this one is one of my favorites aside from the Idol girls :)
