Hello steemians, I have a bad news for everyone who loves Dragon ball super.

Dragon ball super is one of top 10 anime that is being currently aired. This anime is widely popular and you tubers often make theory and predictions on it with their PhD level knowledge yet the anime always seems to be full of surprises and plot twists.
Yesterday another surprising news went viral on internet minutes after its release, i guess that was expected from an anime which has so massive popularity that big website such as crunchy roll servers crashed on release of certain episodes due to massive incoming traffic to website.

The sad news stated that:

• Episode 131 will be last episode of dragon ball super.
• Kitaro Anime will take Super's place starting April 1 which serves as evidence that this anime is really ending. Although the date issued for replacing dragon ball super time slot is fishy (April fool) but this anticipation would be wrong when talking about an entire series.
• The news was confirmed when Toei released an official statement for dragon ball super ending:

Dear steemians i do have a good news which may suggest to the continuation of Dragon ball series.

1)Dragon ball super movie is confirmed and released date is set in 2018

Dragon ball z battle of gods which was released 13 years after dragon ball anime led to revival of dragon ball super series, Followed by dragon ball super movie resurrection f. Both movies contributed to the revival of dragon ball series. In 2018 new movie is set to release , not much information is available but it is anticipated that movie will focus on the sayian Origin and The First Super Saiyan God which was the question of every dragon ball super fan. Dragon ball series featured dragon ball series, Dragon ball z series, Dragon ball gt series(non-canon) and dragon ball super series but never was the origin of saiyan revealed.

2) There's more to come for DB series so please look forward !

This is official statement of TOEI Animantion suggest that another series may be in its way for dragon ball universe. Not much evidence is available to prove this argument yet. I believe Just the way Battle of Gods and Resurrection of F contributed to continuation of dragon ball super series , The new dragon ball movie may also lead in similar way. Only new movie will provide much insight to the argument.

3)Dragon Ball Super is set after the end of Buu saga

There’s a common misconception that it’s taking place after the end of Dragon Ball Z, but that’s not the case. Because Dragon Ball Z’s last episode takes place ten years after the death of Buu as his reincarnation UUB makes his first appearance and fights Goku in the tournament.
Dragon ball super still has to match up with the ending of dragon ball z, Uub saga is yet to come although it is upto toyataro and akhira toriyama whether to completey shut down dragon ball series.

Rumors

Rumors suggest that TOEI animation is taking a break to contribute more budged to the new movie and focus on the new movie. Rumors also suggest that TOEI may be taking a break so that manga can catch up to the aired series. It may also be true that series may be ending forever but new and more movies will take place in future but for now not much
can be said.
