It has been a year since the arrival of Steem-Bounty, the first year in which it is consolidated with a reality that comes with firm step, but without hurry, a project that complement the steemit platform and support users through offers of rewards and transparent distribution according to the vote of creators and the community. Steem-Bounty supports the ingenuity, creativity and doubts of the users by always offering a centralized way, hundreds of posts where everyone can interact and generate the possibility of earning part of the reward.
Today I am pleased to be part of this project, to use the tool and to attest that it meets the objectives and also that I am growing along with it. Congratulations to the founders @knircky and @famunger for their great work.
I would like to know some words from you for @steem-bounty and its founders, what do you think about the concept of the project? Have you used @steem-bounty, tell us how was your experience? It would be good to read your comments and / or suggestions. I will reward you for your comments.

I like steem bounty for one important reason, it invites people to actually read content. If you use bots to promote post, people just upvote it without looking but having a bounty promotes curation.

What is a bounty exactly?
A bounty is money sent to a post to be distributed to the users commenting on it. It provides a way to reward users directly and works in addition to the steem/sbd they receive from the blockchain. It works independently of SteemPower.
You create a bounty by sending any amount of sbd/steem to @steem-bounty together with a post-url in the memo.
How can I earn a bounty Users are then competing for the bounty by writing their answers to the post in comments that will achieve upvotes from the community and especially the bounty creator. The money of the bounty gets distributed to all top level comments of the post at the same time when the post is paid out (7 Days after it was written). How much everyone gets depends on the votes the comments received. The sender of the bounties votes are weighted higher so that she decideds where 80% of the bounty money goes and all other votes determine the rest.@steem-bounty does all of this for you automatically. You can use this service to automatically pay out a challenge, ask a hard question or simply to reward the people that interact with you.

The idea is great, it creates an infrastructure for rewarding followers especially if you have a lot. I imagine that previously, you'd have to manually do a lot of name typing which can lead to mistakes but with bounty you just set up the bounty, upvote the ones you like and done! A big efficiency win! I should try sometime after I build up a lot more...

I'm loving @steem-bounty. It's a great way to find new content and engage with communities you haven't encountered before, and so you can be encouraged to make great comments and really think about what the author is writing. Why I like the concept of @steem-bounty is because of the fact that it not only gives you a chance to earn an additional amount on top of what SteemIt has to offer, but also helps in promoting the content that is of more value and worth.
